what do you think aliens think about hair dye, it’s entirely possible aliens don’t have hair so they might not understand the bright colors or even different types of hair textures
there’s a chance they might think the changing of colors might mean mood changes or change in health
or they might see it as a warning sign, similar to how different species in nature warn predators with their bright colors
that makes me think that some aliens may see bright hair colors as a sign not to mess with a human lol
