Wonder Man And A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms Prove An Important Franchise Lesson - SlashFilm

I liked wonderman but I can see people hating it because it’s a different kind of story.
Because it’s not actually about someone becoming a super hero. It’s about getting out of your head and not over thinking. As well as a bromance.
Also his brother will probably never become the villain the grim reaper.
I was very pleasantly surprised with Wonderman.
I don’t usually watch a lot of Marvel products so this was quite nice. Compared to other recent works it avoids most of the common faults and actually tries to be different. I quite liked Simon and Trevor as a duo. I think I preferred Trevor because Simon could be a little closed off at times. I was so sad when Trevor went to jail. Both of them play off each other really well. I was surprised to see a lot of actors just play themselves on the show. Does this mean David Tennant exists within the MCU? As someone who aspires to be in the film industry it was cool to see a show centered on that. Especially given it’s a super hero show. I think the only episode I didn’t like was episode 4. We didn’t need a whole episode for a character no one needs. That episode could’ve been reduced to a passing remark about why superheroes can’t act. I do not care for Doorman. It reminds me almost of Surf Dracula. Also why was it in black and white? It’s artsy but has no significance in the episode. It’s a very fun show though and I hope it gets kicked up for a 2nd season.
Shorter episode lengths in #WonderMan and #AKnightOfTheSevenKingdoms offer a refreshing change of pace from traditional TV formats.

For being tragic version of the “I didn’t do it!” Kid episode. The doorman was really good.
Seeing an character happy with were he is but then gets a taste of a “better life” only to be chasing the fame dragon until an accident happens and it makes life tougher for alot of people.

To bad Kingo is in space jail or whatever. I feel like he would have had a thing or two to say about no super hero actors in Hollywood.
Maybe bollywood is safe but still.
Also imagine if kingo and Simon also became friends
A 21 anni?
