A Senior Test Management Consultant is required by this Tier 1 Management Consultancy to join it’s rapidly expanding team in providing class leading IT Testing Services and Technical Testing solutions to a range of Investment Banks and major Retail Banks based in the UK and Europe.

In order to be successful in securing this Senior Test Management Consultant role candidates will ideally be educated to degree level and have gained experience of working in a major global IT consultancy or Test Practice whose focus has been on the provision of IT Test Advisory or Testing Strategy Design across core Insurance or banking systems such as global payments, risk management, clearing systems or within the OTC Derivatives, Fixed Income, Commodities, FX or Treasury trading systems. It is likely that your Test Management Consultant experience will either have been gained through a background in Testing Services Management or Programme Test Management where you have been responsible for leading the design and / or delivery of Testing services for major IT transformation programmes.

In this Senior Test Management Consultant role the successful candidates will also be able to demonstrate strong professional client presentation skills as well as extensive experience building client relationships, developing new business streams and taking a lead role in the compilation of bids, costings, RFP’s etc and of contributing in general to the success in driving the sale of consulting opportunities within their specified field of banking sector expertise and of course you will be an expert in maintaining and managing the client relationships with board/senior management.

This is an excellent opportunity to prove your skills as a Senior Test Management Consultant within a Tier 1 Consultancy during a period of rapid expansion. My client, a world leading FMCG within the beverage industry, require a UAT Test Lead to join them in their offices in North West London on a 3 month contract basis.

The overall responsibility of the UAT Test Lead will be to create technical and functional specifications around the test strategy to ensure that business applications being built/redesigned are in line with the business requirements. This will be a ‘hands on’ testing role within the Commercial & Marketing division of my client.

Main accountabilities of the UAT Test Lead include;
* Partner with the IS Commercial & Marketing organisation to identify and design technical solutions across a range of technologies/platforms/providers
* Provide thought leadership to challenge and influence all technical designs to best leverage the capabilities of our platforms
* Continually expand architecture knowledge, constantly seeking ways to broaden exposure to the latest and greatest trends and developments in the technology space
* Work alongside Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure all solutions are designed in accordance with my client’s reference architecture

Experience and skills required of the UAT Test Lead include;
* Experience of capturing and documenting requirements and use cases, business rules, requirements traceability, UML modelling, using storyboards and using appropriate tools for same.
* Demonstrable experience within Adobe AEM required
* Knowledge of testing standards and processes, as well as a variety of test management systems.
* Awareness of the full SDLC lifecycle and varying methodologies
* Excellent communication skills with stakeholders of all levels.
* Significant knowledge of the Commercial & Marketing function, including key business processes related to this area
* Demonstrated ability to deliver integrated Business-IT strategy
* Building International and cross divisional partnerships
* Previous Test Lead experience required.
