Self Help Groups (SHGs) are empowering community-based organizations that bring together individuals with similar socioeconomic backgrounds to collectively address common challenges and improve their quality of life. These groups foster financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, and social support, creating a platform for individuals to uplift themselves and their communities.
There are lots of benefits if you’ll take your child in a zoo. They will enjoy and learn more about the animals at the same time.
Be sure to take your child in zoo once in a while.
#28habit Seek out support
.
Seek out social support from friends, family or a peer group and professional support from a coach/therapist.
.
Spend enough time with those you enjoy. Find a good #peergroup that helps you grow and adopt #healthyhabits. A friend to run with, a partner that has common interests, a network to learn with.
.
Good friends are good for your health. Friends can help you celebrate good times and provide support during bad times. Friends prevent loneliness and give you a chance to offer needed companionship, too. Friends can also:
🎈Increase your sense of belonging and purpose
🎈Boost your happiness and reduce your stress
🎈Improve your self-confidence and self-worth
🎈Help you cope with stress
🎈Encourage you to change or avoid unhealthy lifestyle habits, such as excessive drinking or lack of exercise
.
Friends also play a significant role in promoting your overall health. Studies have even found that older adults with a rich social life are likely to live longer than their peers with fewer connections.
.
And when you cannot talk to friends, get a professional to help you. A therapist or a coach.
.
I go to my coach whenever I need help, I feel lost, anytime I need clarity or just someone to talk to. Just updating her from time to time with a message is uplifting, is helping and motivating me. She replies, she became a friend that really cares for me and will not try to “save” me from my struggles, but shows me what resources I have inside, who I am and challenges me with a kick in the ass when needed!
.
What support do you need to reach your objectives?
.
Check in the comments the benefits of working with a coach.

This thing would be written without any sources, just my personal opinion.
It’s been 3 months since I have to be stay at home through the pandemics. As a very extrovert person, the first month was really hard for me to go through days without meeting my friends, especially when it comes to do some works. As per second month, I started to feel like that I have to survive, whatever the situations are.
The first thing I did on the second month was made a list on my notes things I could do when I have plenty of time at home. First step never been easy. It took me a while to write at least 10 things I could do at home. Slowly, when I start writing the list, I just go with the flow, and *whoosh*! The list got longer and longer, more than I expected.
After I write the “what-could-I-do” list, I started to make it as a “to-do-list”. If you wondering what’s on my list, there are “having a proper power nap” and “drink Yakult everyday”. Looks like it was very easy right? But guess what, that easy “to-do-list” starting to be my “grateful-list” for me.
Every night I have a thought for what I’ve been passed that day, weeks, and months. I doubt most of you would do it anyways. Having a lot of thoughts is not easy. Your mood could definitely goes up and down as you have thinking about it. But I do feel like it’s a great progress, if you could think more the “up” or “good side” of your day. The “to-do-list” helps me to think more the “good side” of my day. I started to learning gratitude from a small thing, as simple as I could stocked up my Yakult.
As I write it right now, I started to thing that whatever the situation you faced, I know you can grow. The growth doesn’t have to be that obvious or fast. Slow progress is still a progress. I know everyone must be faced their own struggles and demons. But maybe this text could be a friendly reminder for you, to take a pause for a while, look back, and see the growth you may have been did unconsciously. If you did it and see nothing changes, it’s okay. I would not be perfect, ‘cause this is my first baby step to for being grateful for my days. But better late than never, eh?
Pause, close your eyes, take a deep breathe, and put yourself first on your thought. Whatever you feel; take it, feel it. Nothing’s wrong with it.
The pandemics or situation maybe disturb in lot of aspects of your life. All I want to say is, it’s okay, you did great. You can pass this great momentum very well. Even though the momentum is not done yet, a little appreciation won’t hurt you right? Let’s keep the spirit awake, stay strong, stay alive. Slowly but sure, you can through any struggle you faced.
Sending much loves and virtual hugs for everyone, who maybe read this💖
