What do you choose to see?
Most people live their day looking for what is wrong. They scan for disrespect. They look for problems. They wait to be triggered. Then they wonder why their life feels heavy.

This is the shift.
Through awareness you notice the reaction rising. Through accountability you admit it is yours. Through responsibility you choose a different action. That is how you move from catabolic to anabolic energy. That is how you influence your internal state instead of trying to control the world.
Today, start simple. Look for three small moments of peace or gratitude. Write them down. Feel them fully. Train your nervous system to recognize what is working instead of what is broken.
You become what you repeatedly focus on.
Choose to see the light.
