Nearly 15 years ago… We started as a small, commercial internet broadcasting in the fall of 2011 from a computer shop of the now-defunct MUSUMECI internet café. Back in the day, we designed our first logo from scratch, inspired by TV5 Manila and wrapped in yellow rope accents as uploaded on the defunct-Livestream website (now known as Vimeo).
The internet’s premier afternoon and weekend broadcasting for where it all began as an independent broadcaster, right here in the City of Gentle People. This happened in the early days or months Sunday night (November 14th, 2010). Then the following year, around May 2011 onwards in the afternoon hours, the first broadcast kicks off for ABS-CBN’s 100 Days to Heaven, then later added at night were Doctor Who and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. It was located inside internet café, the front exit of West City Elementary School (WCES) in Jose Pro Teves Street (formerly Cervantes Street).
Rhon Dibdib is our stop for permanent expulsion after 5th Grade at WCES following unresolved b*lly1ng incidents linked to Asperger’s Syndrome, as diagnosed by Cebu medical specialists. ‘Rhayniel Saldasal Calimpong’, the long-time founder of 'ONC Holdings’ and currently serving as PWD Barangay President of Pulantubig Persons with Disability Association (PPDA) does it all. Chinese global pandemic kicks in from 2020 onwards to mid-July 2021 where Marissa Abella came in last by finishing its 6th Grade.
The Philippine educational system is considered corrupted, where one local high school in Barangay Piapi voluntarily drops out of us, because of worst complicated lessons of Math and Algebra, even the hardest in-real-life tasks. At this point, we permanently parting ways with Piapi High School, just after the 1st year of PHS Anyag. Rhayniel is the only PWD individual with Asperger’s Syndrome who led the risk of being labeled as a late-bloomer, especially finding free time for afternoon gaming like Need for Speed.
Our on-air leadership and volunteer roster evolved with the channel’s legacy. Prncs. Twilight Sparkle is now retired in her alicorn role after Season 9 of MLP: FiM, which is our first Station Manager and President of ONC Holdings & Ka-Serbisyo Patrol #4 news reporter of OneNETnews. Sparkle is the broadcast president of 'Equestrian Broadcasters Association’ (EBA), who independently controls this internet TV station. Glitch Techs & The Ghost and Molly McGee introduced us to newly assigned S.M. and President 'Miko Kubota-Nieves’, assistant S.M. 'Andrea Davenport’ (who are both American internet media reporters of OneNETnews), and the real area manager is 'Mishelle Calimpong Patangui’.
After nearly 15 years of going digital, we have transitioned toward internet public broadcasting to better serve local and regional audiences here in the Negros Island Region (NIR). Persistent financial constraints and increasingly unaffordable repair costs forced us to scale back commercial operations. Critical home equipment running Windows 7 and Windows 10 became irreparable and too expensive to replace in the fall of 2024, which reduced our production capacity.
This current logo may be our last unless we receive support before 2026. Support OneNETtv Channel and OneNETnews Online to help sustain local news, features, and community reporting by subscribing to our Facebook page and supporting us on BuyMeACoffee, Ko‑Fi, Throne, or right here on our news website. E‑wallet payments in the Philippines are always accepted.
On behalf of 'ONC Holdings Incorporated’, we remain part of the Ka‑Serbisyo family and are committed to serving our Negrosanon community. We are ready to Turn It Up!
