It gets worse everytime a-and I’m worried my symptoms are gonna get worse. My anxiety was already bad, even with the meds. I-I can’t imagine how much worse it’ll be after all these years n-now that my body is rejecting them.

I think when they first meet Bram assumes Lyle is Mr. Rinaldi’s son, which he thinks is horrific. But then he learns he’s not at all related to the family and he thinks that’s somehow better and worse.
