There will always be things that you can’t control, but as long as there are those that you can, make sure to use them to make something great out of the time you’re blessed enough to share on Earth and leave not only good memories but an unique legacy fueled by your will to make a difference in this world. He is still fighting to beat that evil disease 🍀but he knows that I’ll be here and there for him and his family💪I’ll never forget the day (last year)when he calls me saying “I’m back” after only 72h later of the cancer surgery, telling me that he couldn’t be 4 weeks on recovery without performing his craft 🙌 I’m fortunate enough to know a few guys like this that make a truly “One-for-all-all-for-one” crew🙏 “Leading by example” is always preceded by learning from examples 💯

The more we understand ourselves the better we can lead others in the right direction.

You may wonder but wait, sounds cool but how am I supposed to understand myself? Where shall I start? I’m glad you asked.

This is like building muscle by starting to observe ourselves every step of the way, our beliefs, values, the things that matter, and everything that made us who we are today in this world. When we start to keep ourselves accountable and take the charge of our own lives and responsibilities magic starts to happen.

To the extent, we understand ourselves, recognize our patterns and the way we respond to certain situations, we can have empathy for the others around us.
