There aren’t a lot of reviews for the episodes on imdb, but the highest rated episode of Wonder Pets is Save the Skunk!

In this episode, the Wonder Pets have to save a baby skunk who’s stuck in a rose bush.

Ollie the Bunny is visiting the classroom, and he comes along. This is Ollie’s first appearance.

Ollie gets sprayed by Baby Skunk.

But Ollie learns teamwork and helps save the skunk.

And when he gets home he takes a bath.

i’m gonna yap about Iron Lung (try ko walang spoilers but i’m not making any promises). not that i am some expert about the story after watching it but it’s just so good that i feel obligated to promote it. oo medyo biased ako kasi this film is written and directed by Markiplier. he basically raised me kasi laking youtube ako, and malaki tiwala ko na maganda ‘tong gawa niya because i know how passionate he is in his craft. so much so that i watched the film without prior knowledge about it, kahit nga trailer 'di ko pinanood hahaha.

i’m not a huge fan of horror movies kasi matatakutin ako pero pinush ko talaga 'tong panoorin. i am sooo glad i didn’t watch the trailer because the entire time puro ako “wtf is going on” (in a good way). sobrang galing ng way nila to immerse you sa nangyayari. it’s not one of those horror/thriller movies na you’re stuck sa third-person POV. ang clever ng camera angles to make you feel what the character is feeling. they used small details sa environment to make you feel na parang nandoon ka rin talaga. sound, light, color, camera shakes, even the fcking close up sa mata to help you feel the urgency of what’s happening. and the amount of symbolism? [SPOILER] example 'yung scene na inangat 'yung ship from the ocean of blood and then he’s staring at the other person through the window. tapos 'yung pag-drip ng blood sa window resembles prison cell bars, symbolising that he is trapped in the ship and he is in fact a prisoner (because they call him convict).

sa story naman, i admit i’m too dumb to figure it all out it one sitting, but that’s what i love about it too. idk kung gusto niyo rin ng ganon pero i like it when i’m given information just enough to make me want to search for more (and that’s exactly what i’m gonna do. i don’t need sleep. i need answers hahaha). although i’d understand rin kung ayaw ng iba ng ganon. the storytelling immersed me rin sa na-ffeel nung character. para bang parehas kaming inaalam kung ano ba talaga nangyayari. i like it when a story is being told that way. hindi 'yung nasa backseat lang akong nanonood hinihintay ma-spoon feed kung anong meron. bonus points pa kung na-figure out mo nang mas maaga hahaha.

overall, i really liked the way Markiplier told the story. probably masyadong niche 'yung target audience but i swear, it’s worth it. the effort is there talaga to make you feel and understand the story.

“love turns ordinary people into poets, philosophers, and monsters.” hindi na naalis sa isip ko ‘to nung narinig ko kasi ang daming memories na bigla na lang bumalik sa akin. and at that time, sabi ko sa isip ko “oo nga, 'no? love can really turn you into a monster.” and this movie proves it so.

it’s scary to be in a relationship with someone like Ellie, to be honest. someone who’s not yet ready to settle down. someone who’s still finding themselves. someone na hindi gagawing mundo niya ang partner niya. it’s easy to misinterpret those qualities as signs of absence of love. tahimik ang pagmamahal ni Ellie. tahimik pero sigurado. sigurado kahit hindi man niya ipagsigawan sa mundo. that’s the crux of loving/to be loved by Ellie.

when you assume you’re the one who invested more in the relationship, it’s natural to reminisce everything and paint yourself in every scenario as the victim. but that’s exactly what kills the relationship even further. what’s sad is you start to discredit your partner to justify your sadness. hindi mo lang nakuha 'yung tipo ng pag-ibig na gusto mo, you start to conclude that they didn’t love you. when in reality, you’re just preoccupied counting your efforts that you fail to recognize your partner’s efforts as well. 'yan naman ang problema kay ni Eric. he’s willing to erase everything he knows about Ellie to make room for the accusations he has to help justify his sadness.

i entered the cinema hoping that i would cry my heart out kasi makaka-relate ako sa “multo.” 'yung tipong TOTGA ba. but no. what i experienced was much worse, i think. hindi ako pinaiyak nung movie pero grabe 'yung bigat na iniwan ng kwento sa akin. it’s really not about taking sides. it’s the reality of love. the bitter truth that when you end up with someone who doesn’t understand your language, you will spend a lifetime translating your soul.
