The music video for this song. Y'all.
“This would have been the perfect song to dip a little lower for. We’ve got some variation in pitch for the upper range, as well as some absolutely gorgeous vocal runs for the ad-libs, but I’d also say that there isn’t a lot of variation in general with the vocals. She maintains roughly the same tone and texture throughout the entire song, which is fine only because she’s got such a good voice with such good control over it. In the hands of a lesser artist, this song would probably fall flat.”

HYOLYN IS BACK just before summer is over! Someone said that Korean television channels won’t let her perform this, but I think she can pull it off if she changes the lyrics & choreography slightly. (It is what it is—I don’t make the rules.) I interpreted this song as the female lead calling out a (former) significant other for being ungrateful & spreading a rumor (“story”) about her. But guess what? SHE DOESN’T CARE, & you messed up big time. Take that!!!
I should mention that there are only 2 choruses here, even though the song is over 3 minutes, because of the lengthy intro/outro & post-choruses.
