Preparation

  1. Roast the ingredients 3 to 9 each separately.

  3. After cooling, grind the roasted ingredients in a blender.
  4. Now add the rest of the ingredients and grind them.
  5. Now your collagen powder is ready to use.
  6. Store the powder in a glass container.
