ll hopefully be making a video about my redesign for charlie from #hazbinhotel but!! i wanna tuch on it a bit here. Im not trying to reinvent her, just make small tweaks. check thread below more circus themes makeup, more like a freakshow since she isnt a true “act” in the circus . since that mainly seems to be for the denizens of each ring. i also imagine since lucifer now has horns/red eyes/hellfire, the more prt of hell you are the more strange you look. hence the shapes iris, goat feet and permanent horns that grow upon her angry form. i also made her suit more professional and less like a bellhop, but kept her quirky charm w the patterns and pops of color. her hair is also ombre like fire, i just think when
shes pissed off itll look like flames behind her. i also made her have more of a shape, rather than a straigh up stick, and yes shoulderpads. all her accessories are in golden detail. i juST want her to feel more welcoming. look more fun and less stiff.i kept red in her design, but i did not like the solid red suit. i think theres too much red all over. it can tie characters in, but it shouldnt swallow them

Jealousy, Turning Saints
A one-shot inspired by Vaggie’s recurring glares when Emily and Charlie hold hands. It’s kind of funny, but also kind of sad (and inspired a few rancid takes). It’s not wrong to feel jealous, but Charlie wouldn’t want it to affect Vaggie’s self-esteem.
This comic was way experimental. I’m proud with how I pulled off some things, but not others. Namely, I was supposed to have drawn this fast, but I was too self-conscious about my messy sketching, so I kind of went a step above and then went a little overboard messing around with CSP tools.
Not gonna attempt a lower-res 4:5 comic page again either, it forces me to resize the text and risks overshadowing the art. Better off just using cropped panels.
PLUS the strain on my arm from not using my third-party stabilizer after a full day of working on vectors.
