When I think of workstations, I usually think of workbenches like people might have in their garage or basement. These would be filled with tools for making things or fixing things. My father and grandfather had this type of workbench. So did some uncles. I was never that ambitious.

Karli Thomas vs. Lateesha Mohl | CFFC 142
No big fights this week but we do have fights going on. So we dig to find things to talk about.
Over on Fight Pass, CFFC will be having a card this Saturday (Aug. 30). Featured on that card will be Karli Thomas (1-0). I often lament that there aren’t a ton of experienced wrestlers in the women’s division, so here is one. Sort of. Thomas apparently wrestled in Jr High and trains out of a wrestling centered MMA gym in PA. She’s also the head wrestling coach for the Waynesburg University Women’s wrestling team. Big accomplishment for a 25 year old.
Thomas will fight with Annabel Kelly (3-0) at CFFC 145.
CFFC is set for a massive four-event run with CFFC BJJ 15, CFFC 146, CFFC NextGen 2, and CFFC 147. See dates, venues, and championship matchups across the U.S.
