So in fun news, after having carpal tunnel surgery in both hands over the past two years so I can use them to craft, I managed to get tendonitis in both thumbs and apparently some kind of degenerative joint issue? Possibly early onset arthritis, getting tests to see if it’s anything funkier since my knuckle keep dong weird pops.
Guess who isn’t supposed to make things, use the computer, or her phone? Goin’ real well.
At least painting doesn’t hurt, so have a Ring-billed Gull screaming at the sky.
If anyone is inclined, I will be putting it up on my redbubble. (MagpiesMisc.redbubble.com)

AHHHH! Remembering the past and the great cartoons!
Another Hanna Barbera Gem!

I really enjoy painting, which should’ve been pretty obvious I’d have some knack for it because it’s just vague shapes and layers.
I can’t for the life of me draw like organics from scratch (humans are strange), but if I can see something and translate it I can. It’s one of my biggest skills.
Which is funny because we didn’t touch acrylics in that class, but I did pretty good on the human charcoal piece we had to do. And I don’t count the watercolor, it’s… A weird medium.
2nd painting is the charm, and if I keep painting I think I’ll be decent enough to maybe live off it (or pay for the endless hunger groceries and maybe Beyblades). It would be nice because it takes a lot less effort than prototyping 😄

I did this for art class, forgot to post it here. Probably ain’t gonna finish. Inspired by that cute comic with the scary war dog and the cute kitten
