Uhh. I’m Symbols, no other important name to you (:

I am a multi-fandom artist, mostly doing REPO! The Genetic Opera as it stands, though there’s other interests here trust.
I also draw OCs. Everything I like has an OC for it… If y'all wanna hear me yap about them send me an ask or just comment, you won’t be disappointed.
… Or generally anything fanon for REPO!. I have a LOT of fanon for that movie.

[[MORE]]The only characters I have a story for are my R!TGO OCs Brute & Hound, and a few WoF OCs I need to polish. Why is this important? Easy, grandparent. I have to be over at my grandparents during the set of days for something for the next i don’t even know how long (That’s a whole other screaming sesh in of itself that’s too priv for anywhere), and my grandpa wants me to make a story for “my characters I draw”, more specifically Absol because I was drawing this while over there.
I in fact don’t wanna make a story for them btw. Every time I’ve tried to make stories for characters that aren’t fan characters I go through a new idea every week. It’s TIRING so they’re just doing whatever the fuck without a story.
I tried saying this but he still pushed on. His reasoning is “[I’m) always drawing them in these static poses!” Yeah. Because I am drawing for the hell of it and if I make myself draw something big all the time or to “A story” I’m gonna be unable to draw for the next few business weeks minimum. Small drawings where I can make my dudes before a big idea helps me NOT do that.
Me going “It’s all for fun” turning into “Okay yeah but a story!” Is gonna make me a bitch. Idrc if it’s family if you don’t listen to what I’m trying to convey or try to convince me I’m gonna get mean. I need to find someone I know with a cigarette I just need a goddamn smoke.

disabled absols. absol that can’t sense disaster. at all. absol that senses “imagined” disaster and mixes it up with “real” disaster. absol that senses disaster over very minor things that don’t really count as disasters. absol who senses disasters, but said disasters are nowhere near the absol, so there is nothing it can do about it.

There’s somebody I’d like for ya’ll to meet‼️
Say hello to ‘Prince Blueblood‼️❗️’
Well, more like just Blueblood, although he responds to his name with or without the Title…
ANYWAY. So evidently there was this huge catastrophe in Kalos back around 2018 or so, where the crap that this group called Flare or whatever some years prior had caused the big tower in the middle of Lumiose City to become like a beacon of energy that attracted a whole lot of Pokémon to the city. Like they started appearing in residential neighborhoods and city streets and making their homes there… And to make matters worse some of them started mega evolving out of freaking NOWHERE despite being completely wild, and became public threats
Although thankfully as things tend to turn out, a group of teen prodigies stepped in and began to clean up that whole mess, and have been working hard to rehab a bunch of the Pokémon that suffered from this “rogue mega evolution.” That’s where Mr.Blueblood comes in, he was one of those Pokémon who were attracted to the city and mega evolved without a trainer! Now, as to how I got him, is a bit complicated…
Because he had been with them for a couple years now, while usually they’re able to find placement within the first year of the 'mon being rehabbed and ready for adoption. They just couldn’t find a forever home for this guy, every trainer who would bring him home would end up returning him because he would not obey orders in battle, in fact did everything in his power to AVOID battling to begin with. The working theory is that his experience being forcibly mega-evolved was so traumatic that it caused him to never want to battle again
I mean I can hardly blame the guy, I have no idea what mega evolution is like or anything but I’ve been told that for some Pokémon it can be painful and/or distressing so I can only imagine what he felt
So anyway this relative of mine via my dad’s marriage came back home to visit his family, and was talking about wanting to adopt this Absol who kept being returned to the rehabbers, and I admit it was sort of an impulse decision because I’ve always adored the species (along with many other Hoenn 'mons) but I volunteered to come along and meet Blueblood whose name then was just “Bluey” lol And we immediately clicked. It’s kind of hard to explain but we both sort of just 'knew’ it was meant to be. Although I didnt wanna intrude on my relative because it was originally him that wanted to have “Bluey” he ended up falling for a female Houndoom who had been found mega evolved ~6 months prior and since relative was staying for another few months he decided to take her instead so everything ended up working out!!!
So here is Blueblood at my mom’s place with Mocha checking him out, he has integrated into the family much better than expected and since I don’t ever battle he doesn’t have to worry about that ever again. He’s such a sweetheart, protective and likes to stay by my side as a “bodyguard” almost but also friendly enough with strangers and exceptionally gentle with smaller Pokémon. He and Mocha like to play fight sometimes and he always lets her win hahaha Although she has always been my feistiest one, so probably a good part of it is him recognizing she thinks she’s the boss 😹 His other best friend is Luna, I think because theyre both dark types, they cuddle and groom fairly often and hang around each other a lot.
All in all these last ~4 or so months have worked out great and I really hope things stay this way
