For most of my life, birthdays stressed me out. I didn’t like getting older, then i hated the reminder of days to come, then the stress of still being here felt too powerful. but this year, I’m okay with getting older. Not sure if its the therapy or the age, but this birthday is better. this birthday, I’m happy to be here, and excited for the future
