5 weeks away from Wrestlemania here are my match predictions no one asked for:
1) Roman/Punk (Night 1 Main Event)
2) Randy/Cody (Night 2 Main Event)
3) Liv/Stephanie
4) Rhea/Jade
5) Becky/AJ
6) Tiffany/Giulia (maybe /Chelsea)
7) Iyo/Asuka (with Kairi somehow)
8) Finn/Dom
9) Charlexa/The Bellas/Irresistible Forces
10) Brock/Oba
11) Sami/Trick
12) The Vision/The Usos
13) El Grande/El Grande
14) Drew/Jacob

I don’t see them leaving neither AJ Lee or The Bellas off Wrestlemania. They got them back, they are going to use them.
-I think AJ has her fun with the title in the weeks leading up to Mania but ultimately Becky comes back and AJ loses and we don’t see her for a bit.
-I think The Bellas win the tag titles. It’s sort of written for them. (Subject to change if they actually win the titles next week but I see Charlexa interfering causing the Forces to retain and it becomes a triple threat match.) I definitely had the women’s tag titles on the Mania bingo card back when they had Rhiyo. I still think they will be defended at Mania.
-I have Tiffany on the card because I don’t see her getting left off. This match may add Chelsea depending on her injury, which may already be fine but Chelsea is such a character.)
-Iyo as well doesn’t get left off the card. She is definitely going back into the Asuka/Kairi circle which is what started the Rhiyo tag.
-We know Brock has a match we just don’t know with who. Rumors are LA Knight. Others say Oba. But then rumors are Brock/Heyman don’t want to lose until the supposed retirement match at Summer Slam. So who knows. Just let Brock and Oba fight. Because if it’s not Brock, then Oba doesn’t need to be on the card to slings random around and we definitely do not need him and Rusev on Mania just to get Oba there.
-I sort of don’t see them leaving Trick off the card but this match could potentially not make the cut. Sure Trick is kind of popular but it wouldn’t hurt for him to have his “moment” next year… that gratification man. They don’t need to immediately be rewarded.
-Theory/Austin and The Usos could be left off too but I don’t see them ditching Jey and Logan on a Mania card. This boils down to what in the world are they doing with Seth. It also depends on Naomi and the pregnancy.
-I really hope we don’t have the El Grande match at Mania… but I see them doing the mask vs mask match. We have dropped so far from what this was supposed to be about.
So who isn’t on the card that may be on the card?
-Gunther. Does he fight Dragon Lee again? Does Rey come back from injury in time for Gunther to retire him? Does Rey even want to retire?
-Penta - he’s the IC champ. The could leave Dom/Finn off, but that would be a blow to their feud considering we’re gonna be probably 5 weeks of Finn beat downs. Backlash is so close after Mania he could have a match there? But who exactly would he be fighting? They got 5 weeks to give him an opponent but who?
-Seth - will he even be cleared in time? On Thursday he said he still has a couple more weeks. That he’s not cleared yet which is why he did the whole subterfuge leaving the ring as the masked man. If he does get cleared, who is he facing? Could be Logan or Austin Theory if The Usos aren’t available.
Bron - Does he make it back in time for Mania?

I personally would have waited one more week… we have 5 more Smackdowns (Jesus this Mania would be so much better if it was in early April)…
I’m definitely more interested in Cody/Randy than Punk/Roman.

I wouldn’t be shocked if Rhea loses at Mania because BFab and Michin join forces with Jade.
Rhea goes back to Raw because Netflix will never let her go…
And we sit here and wait for Bianca to return on Smackdown

Jade’s problem is Creative gave her nothing the moment she won the title. They put all their eggs in the Bianca basket who wasn’t even cleared and they just prayed “soon. Bianca will be back soon.” Over and over and over until the very last month when they realized they weren’t getting Bianca.
They’ve had ample amount of time to sprinkle SOMEONE in so they didn’t have to scramble.
If they are smart, after Mania, they ditch the tag titles on The Bellas and bring all the women back into the main divisions. Elevate Becky out of the IC title. Bring Bayley back up.

I still think the Universal championship match should have been a multi-man match.
Jacob-Cody-Drew-Randy
Since Jan 8th’s 3 Stages of Hell and Jacob’s return, Drew and Jacob should have been locked up.
They could have built all 4 of these people so much better.
They could have made the decision to make the men’s Chamber match for the title. All Smackdown guys - Cody, Jacob, Drew, Randy… add Damian. Add Trick. Champ match. Who wins coming out of the chamber - Drew. Jacob, Cody, Randy? Who knows. But this could have been building with the core 4 from Wrestlepalooza… building and building. Even with Damian. How he wants the title. Then Trick comes and he wants the title…
Then it all accumulates at Wrestlemania…

Can we stop trying to shove Iyo on Smackdown just because Rhea is there??
Shit man.
Her story is Asuka and Kairi as it was when she and Rhea first teamed up.
It is not Giulia. It’s cool to want to see them wrestle and maybe they’ll be the same show somewhere down the line…
But stop it. There is no reason for her to face Giulia. Giulia has Tiffany, Chelsea (if healthy), Kaina… even Alexa and Charlotte depending on the tag stories.
