franklin centric episode where he has to grapple between grieving his friend and the fact that it is honestly, very interesting from a medical perspective (he’s writing a paper on it), and also n'grath is kind of hot

some alien biology bullshit should’ve happened where n'grath gained all of garibaldi’s memories from eating his brain and sheridan somehow convinced him to stay on as station security. lise gets an episode to deal with her old flame (sorta) becoming a bug and she’s surprisingly okay with it because, as previously established, n'grath is kind of hot

Usually, she can’t look at it directly for too long, even like this. There’s too much going on. Focusing on one detail reveals ten more she never noticed before– and ten more besides. Until mere observation becomes too labyrinthine to escape.

She has no such trouble now. She just sees it, feels it there as if it’s physically present, given a weight its species hasn’t possessed since a time when her own was still debating if it wanted to be one cell, or two.
