I have tried doing homemade tortillas but the big problem I ran into was the dough not flattening out in the press. I think I’ll try them again soon but just rolling them out. literally the same process as naan except super flat and fewer ingredients

my last two tortilla town tortillas (basically raw and you cook them in a pan) are all torn up because they stuck to each other so I’m gonna enjoy them with salt and pepper and a little olive oil

woke up at 5 and worked the full time and I guess I get to crash at 2pm but I didn’t finish everything and I need to fight the feeling that I have an obligation to finish everything and work late.

I am going to smoke a bowl at 2:30pm and probably take a nap and then make pizza tonight. work will be there tomorrow even if people are depending on me.

I need to plan my road trip this year. the basic plan was to go and see a few dams and bridges and stuff while camping. I think this year I want to go to yellowstone because I can get there easily in two days with an easy 5 hours of driving. basically the same kind of schedule as last time, and maybe I will see a mutual on the way there 👀

or perhaps I drive down us hwy 101 and see redwood national forest and crater lake and perhaps a different mutual. maybe they should fight in a writing competition to win my love and affection.
