synopsis: after moving to kiss boarding school in seoul, korea for your boyfriend, you meet many friends and decided to play matchmaker for them. however, a specific boy who just so happens to be you and your current boyfriend’s roommate hates your guts.

“fuck, this place is huge.” you mumbled to yourself, glancing from the maps on your phone to the actual market in front of you. you tucked your hair behind your ear, following the blue trail displayed on the map from your phone.
your friends had given you a detailed description as to where they were, and even shared their location with you so you were able to follow it.
you walked the crowded market, in hopes that you would find your friends somehow in the ocean of customers that flooded the street. you were struggling to squeeze through, but you were managing just fine on your own.
a bit further down the street, you were completely occupied with the due to your eyes being glued to the screen, you weren’t exactly watching where you were going.
you bumped into someone’s arm, feeling them stumble back a bit from the impact. “i’m so sorry, excuse me! that was completely my fault.” you apologized.
a boy with brown, shaggy hair smiled at you, pausing for a moment to give himself a chance to speak to you, “no need to apologize,” he laughed, “i don’t think i’ve seen you around this part before, are you a transfer at kiss?”
you raised an eyebrow, tucking your phone into your purse as your gaze landed onto him again. “how did you know?”
“you look like a lost puppy.” he teased, lightly chuckling. “do you need help getting somewhere?”
“i’m just looking for my friends, i lost them a bit ago apparently and i’m just trying to find my way again, but i haven’t had any luck.”
“i’ll help you look,” he smiled again, now standing by your side, “they should be around.”
you and this stranger walked around the market for what felt like three minutes, getting tangled up in a short but sweet conversation.
“we’ve been talking for a bit and you still haven’t told me your name.” he spoke, glancing over at you for a second before turning his attention towards the front of him.
“y/n. and you?”
