Pride Month Challenge 20/30
Matziri Lafaelle - She/Her
Matziri’s deck was stacked against her before she was even born. The abyssal contamination of her home left her soul scarred and her magic completely inaccessible. From the start she was a short-tempered girl, quick to anger, and distressingly strong. The only thing that kept her even remotely grounded was her faith that if she did what was Expected of her, things would work out, and she would stop feeling so hollow and miserable all the time. She did what she was told. Joined the combat medics even though she wanted to be a front-line infantryman. She began dating when a boy asked her out because he was Nice and Respectable and it was Right. She married that boy because he asked her too, she had his kids because they were Married and that’s what you do when you’re Married. She retired because that’s what mothers do when you have children to raise and a household to look after.
It never made her happy.

i uh… havent been doing much the past few days lol, but im getting back into things slowly! Mika’s still mostly sketch sprites, but he can walk and he’s got his own icon now! progress!

some doodles of GaMing from when i was tryna get a feel for him! i see him as being more punk-y in aesthetic, piercings and tattoos and dyed hair and such. after running from home he goes a lil ham on rebellious behavior. he doesnt necessarily regret it but he has chilled our since then (and since bills for all that stuff came in…)
Bennett and Co would all think GaMing is WAY out of their leagues cause he just seems so put together. He’s got his stuff handled! He’s got a good respectable job! He’s an amazing dancer and puts so much work and passion into it! He’s well-liked and well-known by like. everyone! Plus he’s just so… cool!!!
but then they meet him properly and like yeah all that stuff above is true but he’s also a massive dork and he gets flustered and stutters and trips over his words when they smile at him cause he thinks theyre all so pretty (in other words, he fits right in)
