Nancy knows what else they say. That she’s a stone cold bitch of a Sim, disowning her eldest son because he had dreams that didn’t match hers. That she’s the greediest landlord in all of SimNation (just like her dear old dad, Chester). That she’s the next in line to run the Mobwives criminal empire if Chester ever drops dead or retires. That they don’t know what sweet Geoffrey sees in her.

She’s beautiful, clever, and rich. She has the life other Sims dream about. So what if she’s a nepo baby? So what if she’s cold-hearted and ruthless?

the good news is that I found the pier supports — but the attached railing is very… colorful. 😑 I might live with the teal-ish, patinaed copper color (this is the Patina save, after all) but the blue and green paneled bits marking the entrance to the pier (which you can see a tiny bit of here and in the last shot before the cut if you squint real good) simply have to go. I’m thinking… jersey barriers?
