The way this story just lulled me into the comfort of a stroll I probably had myself was magnificent.
The cold air, dim sun, the need to breathe in and let go for a bit. And then it captures us in our comfort. We are cornered and we can try and run to safety but it is too late, and it hits us like cold iron rod.
It has been waiting for us all along.
